Everytime you use Fiberglass, you should always read the resin instructions and precautions FIRST. Do not read as you go because woring blind can be dangerous if you don't know what you are doing. You can also mess up because you are busy reading instead of working. You will need these basic things for all resin work: -Thick, rubber gloves -Duct tape (to wrap around conection of glove to shirt because if the stuff gets on you and dries, it's pretty hard to get off, and because it's dangerous to get the stuff on your skin) -Venalation mask (this is a must because the fumes can be poisonous if you breathe them too long) -Low-powered fan (this will help keep the fumes moving away from you instead of having them all pile up in one area) -A well venatalated room (your workplace), or outdoors. -A rubber apron, or other apron to keep the stuff from geting on your cloths. | |
